Here is some helpful information about purchasing from my shop. Please use the Contact Me page if you'd like to ask me any questions.

The majority of my jewellery is made to order and will ship within 7 days of your payment. I will be in touch to let you know when your jewellery will be sent. If your order is urgent please let me know before you purchase.

Payment

I accept PayPal only, this is my preferred method of receiving payment.

Paypal will also give you protection as a buyer.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you can enter your card details after checkout on the PayPal website - choose the option to pay by credit card instead of registering.

If you choose to pay via a Paypal e-cheque this will delay your items shipping as it usually takes 7-10 days to clear. 

If you are having problems paying please contact me straight away.


Overseas Customers - My prices are all in UK Pounds (GBP). You can still buy from my shop if you would like to use your own currency. PayPal will automatically convert into your currency, I ship to all countries.

Shipping

Your jewellery will be sent within 7 days of cleared payment. I will let you know when your jewellery will be sent.

Each piece of jewellery is gift boxed and tied with ribbon, I can add a personal message if your item is a gift.

  • UK shipping usually takes 1-5 days (Royal Mail First Class or Record Delivery as requested)
  • International shipping - varies widely, usually 1-2 weeks but can take up to 4 weeks. (Royal Mail Airmail, no tracking).

If any piece takes longer to make I will put a note in the listing. I will email you after I receive your order and payment to let you know when your item will be posted.
Please contact me if you do not receive your parcel.
Buyer is responsible for any customs duties applied to their purchase.

Returns

Please contact me first (within 14 days of receiving your parcel) if you would like a refund on your purchase or if you are unhappy.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the product is faulty due to my error. Please keep proof of postage when you return an item, in case your returned item is lost.

Overseas customers -You should mark the customs form as ‘returned goods.’

Exceptions: 

Due to hygiene reasons I cannot take refunds or exchanges for earrings, unless they are faulty.

Rings are made to order, to your specific size, so I am afraid I cannot take refunds unless they are faulty or incorrectly made.

** Returns must be received by me within 6 weeks of agreeing the return, I allow this much time to take in to account international shipping. **
